We have very acidic water in our house and thought we were protected with an acid neutralize we purchased from Sears. Well we were wrong. Our water is so acidic that the generic big box store neutralizers only raise the pH by 0.5-1.0. We needed almost 2.5 increase in pH. Brian came in, analyzed the water, reconstructed our system with an appropriate neutralizer and all new piping/valving. He did a great job for a reasonable price. Now I don't have to worry about getting pinhole leaks due to acidic water eating away our copper pipes. I would recommend Brian in an instant!
